Simply enter your 16-digit card number above and click 'Check Balance'. You can find your card number on the front of your I Love Mountain View or in the email you received or on your printed card.

Yes! As long as there is a remaining balance, the card may be used at any participating I Love Mountain View location. Your card works across all participating businesses until the balance is depleted.

Your card may be declined if: (1) you entered incorrect card information, (2) you have insufficient balance, (3) you're trying to use it at a non-participating business, or (4) you're attempting to use it with a third-party delivery service. Please verify your card details and ensure you're shopping at a participating I Love Mountain View location.

Will my payment automatically deduct from the card if I don't have enough to cover my entire balance?

No. If your purchase exceeds your card balance, you'll need to split the payment. The business will first charge your I Love Mountain View for the available balance, then you'll pay the remaining amount with another payment method (credit card, cash, etc.).

How is the digital I Love Mountain View redeemed?

Save your I Love Mountain View to your Apple- or Google-Wallet and simply tap-to-pay. You can also use the Yiftee app (available at the Apple App Store) to store your Yiftee cards and access current card balances. If you do not use Apple- or Google-Pay, merchants can redeem your card by manually entering your 16-digit card code into their POS or terminal system, just like entering a credit card number. The card CANNOT be swiped - it must be keyed in manually. Show your card code (from email or printout) to the cashier at checkout.

No, there are no plastic cards available. Your I Love Mountain View is digital-only and delivered via email. You can print it on paper if you prefer to have a physical copy to present at checkout.
